Dorsett Shepherds Bush London Hotel

We loved this hotel! It was really clean with great transport links. It is situated near two tube stations and bus stops with a nice variety of buses coming to the hotel, so it's very easy to travel to the main parts of the city. The hotel also has good facilities and offers delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. The staff were amazing; they were very helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We also loved how there is a coffee shop down the road, which was very handy for us.

Nothing it is perfect!

Convenient location near multiple transportation options, including tube and bus stations. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was spotless with comfortable bedding and ample electrical outlets. The bathroom was well-stocked with complimentary amenities. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was tasty.

The location of the hotel is great, just minutes from a tube station. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water in our room. Despite the busy area, our room was quiet and we slept well. we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Westfield shopping centre and has easy access to other shopping centres. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. The staff are friendly and willing to assist guests with their needs.

The restaurant had limited capacity which caused issues for guests.

Almost perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping mall and there is a lovely park nearby with a playground, perfect for families with young children. the room itself was spacious and had a great view from the higher floors.

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was not the most pleasant. the hotel taxi service was quite expensive, so it would be better to make your own transportation arrangements.
